Statutory rights in the event of faulty or non-conforming goods

Consumers are entitled to the statutory rights provided by the consumer protection laws applicable to their purchase. The scope and duration of these rights may vary depending on the country in which the consumer resides and the applicable national legislation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, EMFA GmbH does not provide any voluntary manufacturer’s commercial guarantee in addition to the statutory rights applicable to the purchase.
