Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs are calculated per parcel. The shipping weight including packaging is decisive.

The following shipping costs including statutory VAT apply to consumers:

up to and including 1 kg: €5.47 per parcel (equivalent to €4.60 net);

over 1 kg: €9.04 per parcel (equivalent to €7.60 net).

For businesses, the stated net amounts plus statutory VAT apply.

For orders with a gross value of €178.50 or more, or a net value of €150.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. The value of the goods after deducting discounts and excluding shipping costs is decisive.

Deliveries abroad:

Free shipping abroad for orders with a net value of €150.00 or more.

Shipping costs are calculated per parcel. The shipping weight including packaging is decisive.

For businesses, the following shipping costs plus the applicable statutory VAT apply:

up to and including 1 kg: €8.00 net per parcel;

over 1 kg: €15.96 net per parcel.

For orders with a net goods value of €150.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs. The value of the goods after deducting discounts and excluding shipping costs is decisive.

For consumers, the shipping costs including the statutory VAT applicable in the respective delivery country are displayed during the ordering process before the order is submitted. Free shipping applies from a net goods value of €150.00 or the corresponding gross goods value in the respective delivery country.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply. These shall be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs charged by us.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–4 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 3–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

Payment by invoice is only available for public authorities and companies.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 30 days.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
