Your order will be dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment. Orders placed before 10am (on working days) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days in our online shop.

In order to reduce the amount of printed documents and to protect the environment, we send invoices by email. The invoice has been sent to the e-mail address you gave when you placed your order. Please check your mailbox, including your spam folder. If you still cannot find the invoice, please contact our customer service department.
- Can I exchange the product for another size/colour or model?

Indicate the invoice number and information about the product you would like to receive (reference, size, colour, quantity). Please take into account the cost of re-shipment and any price differences. All exchange questions will be dealt with individually.
